the staff was super helpful and always kind to me. cleaning was thorough and completed when i wasn't in my room, no matter the time i left (i thought it was very considerate). the facilities were great too!
the mattress cover felt very hot. it was a bit annoying.

The breakfast had a large variety and it was delicious. the hotel provided all the comforts i needed (i especially liked the clean towels every day). the hotel people were very friendly and helpful.
My room lacked coffee powder for the kettle. i missed having bathrobes (i usually like to relax with one). the breakfast display was quite small. I wished there were more options.

my room included a functional kitchen with basic appliances. the bed was large and very comfortable. the bathroom was super clean and had both a shower and a bathtub. i used the spa on the top floor and i appreciated the jacuzzi.
the small gym only had a limited number of equipment.

the check in process was quick the staff was very cute i felt so at home they upgraded my room for free the room was clean and quiet the bed was cozy the blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep a coffee maker was available with plenty of coffee pods wifi worked great
